These terms are the agreement between you and the Company for your use of the Nahj application. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Nahj.
Please read section 4 carefully. It concerns your health and safety, and it is the most important part of this agreement.
Nahj takes information you provide about yourself and generates a training programme and a nutrition programme from it, then adapts them as you use the application.
Nahj is fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medicine, not diagnosis and not treatment, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, a dietitian, a physiotherapist or any other qualified professional.
Everything Nahj shows you — programmes, exercises, technique descriptions, calorie and macronutrient figures, food suggestions and progress estimates — is general guidance produced automatically from your answers. No doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional reviews your individual case.
Nahj does not diagnose any medical condition, does not treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and is not a medical device.
You may use Nahj only if you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not create an account, and we will delete any account we discover belongs to someone under 18.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and you must use Nahj for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before you begin. Exercise and dietary change carry risk. You should speak to a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and it is particularly important if you:
Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, pressure or tightness, become dizzy or faint, have difficulty breathing, feel an irregular heartbeat, or feel pain that is not ordinary muscular effort. Do not continue an exercise because the application has scheduled it.
In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Nahj is not an emergency service and cannot help you.
You are responsible for your own safety. You decide what you attempt, what weight you lift, and how hard you work. Nahj cannot see you, cannot judge your form, and does not know your medical history. If something feels wrong, stop.
Use your judgement about what the application suggests. If a programme, an exercise or a nutrition target seems unsuitable for you, do not follow it. Follow professional advice over anything Nahj shows you, always.
Several figures in Nahj are estimates and are labelled as such:
Do not treat any of these as precise, and do not rely on them for any medical or clinical purpose.
You must give accurate information when you register, and keep it accurate. The programmes Nahj produces depend entirely on what you tell it; wrong information produces unsuitable guidance.
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at legal@nahj.fit if you believe someone else has accessed it.
One account per person. Do not share your account.
You may not:
The Nahj application, its name, its exercise library, its programmes and its text belong to the Company or to its licensors. These terms give you permission to use Nahj for yourself, and nothing more.
Information you enter remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy at https://nahj.fit/privacy.
Nahj is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, or free of faults.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Nahj. Where a change materially reduces what the application does for you, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Nahj is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce a charge, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will be free to stop using the application instead.
You may stop at any time. In the application, Settings → Delete my account deletes your account. If you cannot sign in, or would rather not use the button, write to privacy@nahj.fit and we will delete it. Before you go, Settings → Get a copy of my data gives you a copy of what we hold. Deletion of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you are under 18, or if we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that:
This does not remove any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live. Where that law gives you a right that these terms would reduce, that law prevails.
We may change these terms. The current version is always at https://nahj.fit/terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the application before it takes effect, and continuing to use Nahj after that will mean you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you live in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates, nothing in this section removes a right you have under the law of your country, or your ability to bring a claim where that law entitles you to.

نهج
تُشغّل التطبيق شركة Sales Leads for Marketing & Consultation، وهي شركة مسجّلة في الأردن برقم سجل 200163766 ("نحن"، "الشركة").

هذه الشروط هي الاتفاق بينك وبين الشركة بشأن استخدامك تطبيق نهج. وبإنشائك حسابًا فإنك تقبلها. وإن لم تقبلها فلا تستخدم نهج.
يُرجى قراءة البند ٤ بعناية. فهو يتعلق بصحتك وسلامتك، وهو أهم جزء في هذا الاتفاق.
يأخذ نهج معلومات تقدّمها عن نفسك، ويولّد منها برنامجًا تدريبيًا وبرنامجًا غذائيًا، ثم يكيّفهما مع استخدامك للتطبيق.
نهج إرشاد في اللياقة والتغذية. وهو ليس طبًّا ولا تشخيصًا ولا علاجًا، وليس بديلًا عن الطبيب أو أخصائي التغذية أو أخصائي العلاج الطبيعي أو أي مختصّ مؤهَّل آخر.
كل ما يعرضه نهج عليك — من برامج وتمارين ووصف لطريقة الأداء وأرقام للسعرات والعناصر الغذائية واقتراحات للأطعمة وتقديرات للتقدّم — هو إرشاد عام يُنتَج آليًا من إجاباتك. ولا يراجع أي طبيب أو أخصائي تغذية أو أخصائي علاج طبيعي أو مختصّ مؤهَّل آخر حالتك الفردية.
لا يشخّص نهج أي حالة طبية، ولا يعالج أي حالة طبية ولا يشفيها ولا يمنع حدوثها، وهو ليس جهازًا طبيًا.
لا يجوز لك استخدام نهج إلا إذا كان عمرك ١٨ سنة فأكثر. وإن كنت دون الثامنة عشرة فلا يجوز لك إنشاء حساب، وسنحذف أي حساب نكتشف أنه يخصّ شخصًا دون الثامنة عشرة.
ويجب أن تكون أهلًا قانونًا لإبرام هذا الاتفاق، وأن تستخدم نهج لنفسك لا نيابةً عن غيرك.
عليك استشارة أخصائي رعاية صحية مؤهَّل قبل البدء. التمرين وتغيير النظام الغذائي ينطويان على مخاطر. وينبغي لك مراجعة طبيب قبل البدء بأي برنامج تمارين أو تغذية، والأمر أشدّ أهمية إذا كان أيٌّ مما يلي ينطبق عليك:
التوقّف فورًا وطلب المساعدة الطبية واجبان إذا شعرت بألم أو ضغط أو ضيق في الصدر، أو بدوار أو إغماء، أو صعوبة في التنفس، أو باضطراب في نبض القلب، أو بألم يتجاوز الجهد العضلي المعتاد. ولا يجوز إكمال تمرين لمجرد أن التطبيق جدوله لك.
في الحالات الطارئة، الاتصال بخدمات الطوارئ في بلدك هو الإجراء الصحيح. نهج ليس خدمة طوارئ ولا يستطيع مساعدتك.
أنت وحدك من يتحمّل مسؤولية سلامتك. فأنت من يقرّر ما يحاول أداءه، وما الوزن الذي يرفعه، ومقدار الجهد الذي يبذله. ونهج لا يراك، ولا يستطيع الحكم على أدائك، ولا يعرف تاريخك الطبي. وإن شعرت أن شيئًا ما ليس على ما يرام، فالواجب هو التوقّف.
تقديرك هو الحاكم لما يقترحه التطبيق. فإذا بدا لك برنامج أو تمرين أو هدف غذائي غير مناسب لك، فلا يجوز اتّباعه. ونصيحة المختصّ تُقدَّم دائمًا على ما يعرضه نهج.
عدد من الأرقام في نهج تقديرات، وهي موسومة بذلك:
لا تعامل أيًّا من هذه الأرقام على أنه دقيق، ولا تعتمد عليه لأي غرض طبي أو سريري.
عليك تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل، وإبقاؤها صحيحة. فالبرامج التي ينتجها نهج تعتمد كليًا على ما تخبره به؛ والمعلومات الخاطئة تنتج إرشادًا غير مناسب.
احتفظ بكلمة مرورك سرًّا. وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط الجاري على حسابك. وأبلغنا على legal@nahj.fit إذا اعتقدت أن شخصًا آخر قد وصل إليه.
حساب واحد لكل شخص. ولا تشارك حسابك مع أحد.
لا يجوز لك:
تطبيق نهج واسمه ومكتبة تمارينه وبرامجه ونصوصه ملك للشركة أو لمرخّصيها. وهذه الشروط تمنحك إذنًا باستخدام نهج لنفسك، لا أكثر.
المعلومات التي تُدخلها تبقى ملكك. وتمنحنا إذنًا بتخزينها ومعالجتها لتقديم الخدمة، على النحو الموصوف في سياسة الخصوصية على https://nahj.fit/privacy.
يُقدَّم نهج كما هو. ولا نضمن أن يكون متاحًا دون انقطاع أو خاليًا من الأعطال.
ويجوز لنا تغيير أي جزء من نهج أو تعليقه أو إيقافه. وحيثما قلّل التغيير جوهريًا مما يقدّمه التطبيق لك، أبلغناك مسبقًا متى أمكننا ذلك بصورة معقولة.
يُقدَّم نهج حاليًا مجانًا. وإذا استحدثنا رسمًا، أبلغناك قبل أن يسري عليك، وكان لك أن تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق بدلًا من ذلك.
يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت. في التطبيق، يحذف خيار الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب حسابك. وإن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، أو فضّلت عدم استخدام الزر، فراسلنا على privacy@nahj.fit وسنحذفه. وقبل المغادرة، يمنحك خيار الإعدادات ← الحصول على نسخة من البيانات نسخة ممّا نحتفظ به. وحذف معلوماتك موصوف في سياسة الخصوصية.
ويجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إغلاقه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، أو كنت دون الثامنة عشرة، أو ألزمنا القانون بذلك. ونبلغك بالسبب متى أمكننا ذلك بصورة معقولة.
لا يحدّ أي شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤوليتنا عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، ولا عن الاحتيال، ولا عن أي أمر لا يجوز قانونًا الحدّ من المسؤولية عنه.
ومع مراعاة ذلك:
ولا يسقط هذا أي حق يمنحك إياه قانون حماية المستهلك في البلد الذي تعيش فيه. وحيثما منحك ذلك القانون حقًّا تقلّل منه هذه الشروط، سرى ذلك القانون.
يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط. والنسخة السارية موجودة دائمًا على https://nahj.fit/terms. وإذا مسّ التعديل حقوقك مسًّا جوهريًا، أبلغناك داخل التطبيق قبل نفاذه، ويعني استمرارك في استخدام نهج بعد ذلك قبولك النسخة الجديدة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع.
وإذا كنت تقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية أو الإمارات العربية المتحدة، فلا يسقط أي شيء في هذا البند حقًّا يمنحك إياه قانون بلدك، ولا إمكانية رفع دعوى حيثما خوّلك ذلك القانون.
